New Tile, Tile Repair, Hardwood floors

This leaking tiolet rotted out the floor, requiring floor repair and tile removal.

Prompting the wainscoat to give the 4' x 6' Bathroom a colonial look. The Wainscoat is 1" x 6" x 8' tongue and groove pine roofers with the routed edge showing 4' high with a cap. The drywall was removed and nailers added so as not to encroach on the space in the small bathroom area. This left only a 1/4" of wainscoat sticking out from remaining drywall. The tiolet water supply was moved from floor to wall so there would be no holes where water could leak through in event of an overflow plus I feel the less holes in the tile the better. Tile done first, grout, then wainscoat put over tile, this hides wall grout line and allowed for a finish that did not require trim. Although trim could be added to get a desired effect. Trim was custom made. Bathroom turned out well and is a nice place to sit........and look at the detail
